UKIP Shared Parenting commitment welcomed by Fathers4Justice

Nadine O'Connor at UKIP Meeting May 2015Friday 26th September 2014

Campaign Director for Fathers4Justice, Nadine O’Connor, welcomed today’s announcement by Ukip that they were supporting a presumption of 50/50 shared parenting and visiting rights for grandparents.

F4J had met with Nigel Farage and UKip Policy Director Tim Aker to discuss shared parenting and the issue of fatherlessness.

Said O’Connor, “This is another small step towards ending the cancer of family breakdown and mass fatherlessness in our country.”

“We are pleased that Ukip listened to our arguments regarding the benefits of shared parenting to children, families and society.”

After the broken promises of the last election, 2015 will be an opportunity for the people of the UK to put right so many wrongs in Government and society as a whole.
